Top Rank, Inc. is an American professional boxing promotional company founded in 1973 and headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. The company evolved from Main Bout, Inc., which was created by Muhammad Ali in 1966. Led by CEO Bob Arum, Top Rank is one of the most prominent boxing promoters in history, having promoted Muhammad Ali, Manny Pacquiao, Oscar De La Hoya, Tyson Fury, and Terence Crawford, among many others. A partnership with ESPN beginning in 1980 made Top Rank central to cable boxing programming. The company has promoted landmark events including Hagler vs. Leonard, Chávez vs. De La Hoya, and Holyfield vs. Foreman. Top Rank remains a privately held company and continues to be one of the dominant forces in major championship boxing.
