Titan FC (Titan Fighting Championship) is an American mixed martial arts promotion founded in 2005 by Joe Kelly, originally based in Kansas City and operating out of Memorial Hall. The promotion secured a broadcast partnership with HDNet (later AXS TV) for nine live events between 2010 and 2012. In 2012 the Resurrection Fighting Alliance acquired Titan FC’s fighter contracts and television agreements, but Kelly subsequently repurchased and reconstituted the organization in 2013. Jeff Aronson acquired a majority ownership stake in December of that year, with Kelly remaining as president.

Since its reconstitution, Titan FC has grown into a well-regarded regional promotion, signing an eight-event deal with CBS Sports Network in 2014 and establishing a long-term exclusive streaming partnership with UFC Fight Pass in June 2015. The promotion markets itself as an unofficial feeder league for the UFC, offering fighters finishing bonuses and contract terms that include UFC escape clauses. Titan FC sanctions divisions in men’s and women’s MMA alongside combat grappling and kickboxing, operating under the motto “Fans, Fighters First.”
