Rajadamnern Stadium (Thai: สนามมวยราชดำเนิน) is Thailand’s oldest surviving Muay Thai stadium and one of the two most prestigious venues for the sport alongside Lumpinee Boxing Stadium. Construction began on March 1, 1941 under Prime Minister Plaek Phibunsongkhram and the initial design was an open-air structure resembling a Roman amphitheatre; the first boxing match was held on December 23, 1945, making that the stadium’s operational founding year. A concrete roof was added in 1951. The facility is located at 1 Ratchadamnoen Avenue in central Bangkok and holds a capacity of approximately 3,078 spectators. Global Sport Ventures Co., Ltd. took an investment stake in the operating entity in 2022.

Like Lumpinee, Rajadamnern functions simultaneously as a physical arena and an independent sanctioning body — it maintains its own rankings, crowns its own champions up to middleweight, and controls the matchmaking for all bouts held on its premises. The stadium launched the Rajadamnern World Series in late 2022, a modernized event format with updated competitive rules. Rajadamnern staged its first four female Muay Thai fights in the stadium’s nearly eight-decade history on July 22, 2022. As of 2026 the venue hosts fights every day of the week.
