Legacy Fighting Alliance (LFA) is an American mixed martial arts promotion headquartered in Houston, Texas, formed in 2016 through the merger of Legacy Fighting Championship and the Resurrection Fighting Alliance (RFA). Legacy FC had operated since 2009 as a Texas-based regional promotion, while the RFA was established in 2012 and had previously acquired Titan Fighting Championships’ fighter contracts and television agreements. Ed Soares, who had served as president of the RFA, became the driving figure behind the combined entity.

The LFA broadcasts its events on Vice TV in the United States and has held international distribution through Esporte Interativo in Brazil, among other partners. The promotion operates across multiple weight divisions with championship belts for men and women. It is widely regarded as one of the primary developmental leagues feeding fighters to the UFC and other top-tier promotions. Notable fighters who competed in predecessor promotions before reaching the elite level include Holly Holm, Valentina Shevchenko, Derrick Lewis, and Sage Northcutt.
