Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) is an American combat sports promotion and the first organization to hold an officially state-sanctioned, commissioned bare-knuckle boxing event in the United States since 1889. Founded by David Feldman, BKFC held its inaugural event on June 2, 2018, which also featured the first American-sanctioned women’s bare-knuckle fight in the modern era, won by Bec Rawlings. The promotion is headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Triller, Inc. acquired a majority ownership stake in BKFC in February 2022. In 2024, UFC and boxing star Conor McGregor and his entity McGregor Sports and Entertainment announced an ownership stake in the promotion, raising its mainstream profile significantly. BKFC distributes its events through DAZN under a three-year agreement beginning October 2024, and all events are available on the Fite+ platform. As of December 2025 the promotion had staged 142 events. The organization has expanded internationally with BKFC UK (established September 2022) and launched the BKFC Ice Wars series in March 2025.
